Jordan B. Cohen is an Associate in Epstein Ostrove’s Commercial Litigation Department.
Prior to joining Epstein Ostrove, Jordan practiced in an Essex County based firm handling litigation and transactional matters. She is a former Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. David B. Katz, Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part in Essex County.
Jordan graduated from Rutgers Law School in Newark after attending as an evening student. While in law school, she served as a research assistant to Vice Dean and Professor Reid K. Weisbord and was the evening liaison for the Labor and Employment Law Society. She earned her B.A. from Ithaca College where she was a member of the Women’s Swimming and Diving Team and the Pre-Law Society.
Jordan has been published in the New Jersey Law Journal, New Jersey Labor and Employment Quarterly of the NJSBA, as well as Dictum, the Newsletter of the NJSBA Young Lawyers Division. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
